Shiso Delicious was commissioned to produce two Christmas themed recipes for The Organic Trade board, using all organic ingredients. She made a seasonal twist on two classic side dishes – Quick-roasted seasonal red cabbage and Zingy quick-pickled cabbage with fresh ginger and turmeric.
